Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped 1 to 7 working days following its validation on our site, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times may be affected during periods of high sales volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.); if delays are noticed, you will be informed by our customer service and given an estimated shipping date.

JICKIE delivers in Europe as well as worldwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to modify the delivery address of the order. If you wish to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, contact us as soon as possible.

For any order shipped in France, the carrier that will transport and deliver your order will be LA POSTE/COLISSIMO.

For international orders, orders are forwarded to international companies that deal with air transport.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you can track your order. If you are not at the address indicated during the delivery, the transport company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt according to your availability.

Deliveries are made by the COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE and calculated according to the size of the packages.

NON-EU COUNTRIES

All orders: delivery costs from €8 (delivery costs are calculated according to the volume of the package)

Delivery times: between 5 and 8 working days from the date of shipment

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at the customs office concerned. JICKIE undertakes to take care of all the necessary documents so that the package can be cleared through customs.
