All our hair accessories are produced exclusively from premium and renewable materials.
All our hair clips and barrettes are made of cellulose acetate . This material is derived from cotton or tree pulp extracts. It is ultra- resistant, hypoallergenic and biodegradable.
Our silk accessories are made of 100% mulberry silk certified by OEKO-TEX standard 100 - guaranteeing the absence of harmful and dangerous substances for your skin.
Our packaging is FSC certified, 100% recyclable and our bags are reusable.

Jickie offers you to personalize certain hair accessories marked as CUSTOMIZABLE on their product sheet.
You just have to choose the options you prefer before putting in your cart: choice of color, letter, etc.
Standard delivery times do not apply to custom orders, which are delivered in 2-4 weeks.
Custom orders cannot be changed during production, exchanged or refunded.

RETURNS
We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must include with your shipment: the product, the number of the order concerned by the return and your contact details. Also remember to add a note specifying the reason for your return in order to facilitate the processing of your request.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made. Orders placed on our e-shop cannot be returned or exchanged at our points of sale.
To make a return, please email us at hello@jickie.co. You will then be sent a return slip to return to us with your order.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.
